Guides for running SmileyMeter on a floor tablet: kiosk setup, staff workflows, and data handling.

What is SmileyMeter?

SmileyMeter is a one-tap mood feedback app for Android tablets at the point of experience (shop exits, reception, office mood walls, and similar). Visitors tap a mood; staff review simple on-device summaries. The MVP stores feedback on the tablet by default—no visitor accounts.

Note. Exact menu names for Android system settings (for example “Screen pinning” vs “Pin windows”) depend on OS version and device manufacturer. When in doubt, use the in-app link to Security settings or your organization’s IT documentation.
