Results screen

Results shows an average mood by day calendar for one calendar month at a time. Use the month controls to move backward or forward. The view is meant for a quick staff check-in (“how did this week feel?”) without exporting data.

If there is no data for the selected range, the app shows an empty state so you can tell “no taps yet” from a technical error.

Time zones and “today”

Day boundaries for the calendar follow the tablet’s default time zone and local clock. If the device travels or daylight saving changes, verify the system time zone when interpreting edge-of-day numbers.

Week start (Admin)

In Admin, under the results calendar options, you can choose how weeks align—for example system default, Monday, or Sunday start—so the calendar matches how your venue reports weeks.

CSV export

From Admin, Save feedback as CSV writes an event-level file (timestamps, mood type keys, and related fields as implemented in the app). Use it for Excel, Google Sheets, or your own reporting pipeline.

Export may require an active Pro (or equivalent) subscription when billing is enabled—the Admin screen states if export is locked.

After export, your organization is responsible for storing and sharing that file securely; the privacy policy describes local-first storage and operator-controlled exports.

Legacy or mismatched mood keys

If you change how many mood buttons are active or migrate old data, aggregates may group uncommon keys into an other bucket so totals stay honest. For raw detail, use the CSV export.
