Admin settings

Opening Admin

When the tablet is not in kiosk mode, use the app’s navigation to open Admin. On phones you may see a bottom navigation bar; on larger screens, a side rail. Operators should unpin the device first if the floor tablet was left in kiosk mode.

Subscription (billing)

The Subscription section opens the flow for Google Play purchases or upgrades when billing is enabled. Features such as CSV export may depend on your plan—see on-screen labels in the app.

Mood buttons & faces

• How many mood buttons appear on capture (typically 2–5), with optional reverse order (worst-to-best).
• Face mode: emoji or custom graphic faces from the mood-face gallery (built-in defaults plus images you add). Galleries for mood faces and capture backgrounds are separate so you pick the right asset type.
• Row spacing adjusts how tightly mood buttons are packed (larger faces vs more whitespace).
• A preview shows how faces will look before you rely on them on the floor.

Branding

• Logo: optional image from the logo gallery, with a scale control and a way to reset or clear the logo.
• Capture background: default theme background, a solid color, or a custom image. Background images are drawn with a fit (contain) style so the whole image stays visible; letterboxing may appear if the aspect ratio differs from the screen.

Capture text

• Prompt — the question above the buttons (for example “How was your visit?”), with optional color styling.
• Thank-you overlay after a tap: on/off, title, subtitle, optional icon, and how long it shows.

Export & results calendar

Save feedback as CSV exports event-level data for spreadsheets (availability may depend on subscription). Results calendar options (such as whether the week starts on Monday or Sunday) align the calendar with how your venue reads weeks. Details: Results & export.

Privacy policy link

Opens the published privacy policy in the browser (same content as the privacy page on this site).

Danger zone

• Delete all feedback data removes stored tap events from the app (irreversible). Use when you need to wipe the tablet before redeployment.
• Reset all settings restores venue preferences managed in Admin to defaults (does not replace uninstalling the app; exact scope is what the app labels in the confirmation dialog).

Developer / sample tools

Debug or internal builds may show extra sections (for example sample data). Production venue tablets normally use release builds from Google Play.
